کیوں میں پاکستان میں شریعہ لاء نہیں چاہتا

میرا مذہب اور اس پر میں کیسے عمل کرتا ہوں یہ میرا اور میرے خدا کا معاملہ ہے ریاست کے کسی پولیس والے کا نہیں.

شریعہ کو نافذ کرنے سے کوئی پکا مسلمان نہیں بن سکتا. اس کے نفاذ سے کردار نہیں بدلتے. ہمارے اندر کی کرپشن وہیں کی وہیں رہے گی.

شریعہ کے نفاذ سے ملک خود بخود فلاہی مملکت نہیں بن جائے گا بلکہ دنیا میں موجود تمام فلاہی ریاستیں سیکولر ہیں.

شریعہ کا نفاذ کون کرے گا وہ لوگ جو اپنے مقاصد کیلئے بےگناہ لوگوں کا خون بہاتے ہیں. خودکش دہشت گرد پیدا کرنے والے مولوی جنھوں نے سکولوں کو بموں سے اڑانے اور ہمارے محافظوں کی جانوں سے کھیلنا اپنا دستور بنا رکھا ہے. میں کبھی ان انسانیت کے دشمنوں کو اجازت نہیں دے سکتا کہ وہ مجھے امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر کی پہچان کروائیں.

خیالات و افکار کی آزادی پر پابندی ان کا پہلا حملہ ہو تا ہے. میں مزہب کے ٹھیکیداروں کوشریعہ کے نام پر زبان بندی کی اجازت ہرگز نہیں دے سکتا.

شریعہ کے مطابق زنا کا شکار ہونے والی عورت کو چار گواہ لانا ہوں گے ورنہ خاموشی اختیار کرے... اس طرح کی شریعہ کی میں ہر قیمت پر مخالفت کرتا رہوں گا.

شریعہ لاء کے مطابق غیرمسلم ارکان معاشرہ کو جزیہ دینا ہوگا یا پھر ملک بدری ... سیکولر ملک میں تمام شہری برابر حقوق رکھتے ہیں. کسی کو کوئی اضافی سرچارج عقیدہ کی وجہ سے نہیں دینا ہوتا.

یہ دور سائنس اور ٹیکنالوجی کا ہے. اس میں استدلال اور دلائل کو حکمرانی ہے. یہاں مسائل کو حل کرنے کیلئے آزمائش کے زریعے سے بہتر سے بہتر حل تلاش کیا جاتا ہے نہ کہ خدائی احکام کی تعولات پر بھروسہ کیا جائے.

شریعہ کا نعرہ وہی قوتیں لگاتی ہیں جنہیں ریاستی طاقت کی بھوک ستاتی ہے. وہ لوگ اس نعرہ سے لوگوں کو بےوقوف بناتے رہے ہیں اور آگے بھی وہ ایسا ہی کرتے رہیں گے. مگر میں ان کے سامنے زندگی  بھرسیسہ پلائی دیوار بن کے کھڑا رہوں گا........

روحانی اور الہامی علوم کے بارے میں آپ جتنی بھی تحقیق کر لیں ان کے کسی 

بھی دعوے کو حتمی طور پر ثابت یا رد نہیں کیا جا سکتا. مزھب کے اکثر دعوے سائنسی معیار پر پورا نہیں اترتے. ان کے صحیح یا غلط ہونے کا فیصلہ ہر شخص اپنی پسند اور مزاج کے مطابق کرتا ھے. اگر آپ کسی ایک دعوے کو درست خیال کرتے ہیں تو دوسرے بہت سے لوگوں کے پاس ان دعووں کے غلط ہونے کا معقول جواز ہوگا. آپ کے لئے جو بات کفر کے ذمرے میں آتی ہے وہی بات دوسروں کے ایمان کا حصہ ہو سکتی ہے

الہامی علم کوئی سائنسی علم کی طرح تو ہوتا نہیں کہ جس کو چیلیج کیا جا سکتا ہو. سائنس میں ثبوتوں اور تجربات کو حتمی اہمیت حاصل ہوتی ہے. اگر کوئی سائنسدان کسی بات کا یا مشاہدہ کا دعوہ کرے مگردوسروں کے تجربات اور مشاہدات سے مختلف نتائج نکلیں تو سائنسدان کسی گروہ بندی کا شکار نہیں ہوتے بلکہ تجربات اور مشاہدات کا دائرہ وسیع کیا جاتا ہے اور اس طرح کسی نتیجہ پر پہنچا جاتا ہے. مگر الہامی علوم میں ایک دفعہ اختلاف پیدا ہو جانے پر اس کا حل یا تو کمزور گروہ کو ختم کر کے نکالا جاتا ہے اور یا پھر ایک نیا گروہ یا فرقہ وجود میں آجاتا ہے. اور پھر دونوں اپنے اپنے نقطئہ نظر کے مطابق مزہبی تعبیرات مہیا کرتے رہتے ہیں

اس صورت حال میں کسی بھی سوچنے سمجھنے والے شخص کیلئے فیصلہ کرنا کافی دشوار مرحلہ ہوتا ہے. اس موقع پر دو راستے تجویز ہو سکتے ہیں پہلا یہ کہ آپ ھر اختلافی نقطئہ نگاہ کا بغور مطالعہ کریں اور اس میں سے ناقابل تنسیخ ثبوت تلاش کریں اور پھر کسی ایک کو اختیار کریں یا پھر دوسرا راستہ یہ ہے کہ آپ جس کسی ایک باسکٹ میں پھینکے گئے ہیں وہیں رہ کر اسی کو سچ جان کر گزارہ کریں اور کسی کے نقطہ نظر کو حقارت کی نگاہ سے نہ دیکھیں کیونکہ جیسے آپ کے پاس کوئی دوسرا راستہ نہیں .... ان کا بھی تو وہی حال ہےنا

مزہبی فرقہ پرستی کے پیچھے یہی ایک ذعم یا دعوہ کارفرما ہے کہ میری سوچ درست ہے اور مخالفانہ نظریات رکھنے والے باقی سب غلط بلکہ گمراہ ہیں. جب میں درست ہوں تو میں تو صراط مستقیم پر ہوں اور دیگر سب گمراہ اور کافر..... اور کافروں کو زندہ رہنے کا حق نہیں لہزا ان کا خون کرنا عین حق...

Religion is Bad Science

WHAT IS SCIENCE:
Relates to the natural order. A body of knowledge and practices directed toward studying, understanding & manipulating this world to benefit humanity.

WHAT IS RELIGION:
Relates to the supernatural authority. System of belief and practices which let you know how to live this life according to will of supernatural authority.

WHAT IS MAGIC:
Interrelates both the natural and supernatural worlds. Directs supernatural forces to effect desired outcomes in the natural world.

Science is empirically based. Science relies on evidence-based data. In the revolution of 18th century the practice emerged of using all your senses to understand nature. In science, knowledge is universal and evident and can be practically tested by other people. It's not a private or personal experience in which others just have to believe.

Private and personal experiences are found in Religion and Magic. You are not able to test those experiences. You must simply believe what is told to you coming from supernatural authority; therefore you will be punished by death if you dare to challenge divine authority.

There were times when religion was the only source of knowledge and power for humans in society. Religion was responsible for interpreting all natural phenomenon. There was no independent science knowledge at all, for centuries. Then in the 17th and 18th century science became a parallel knowledge stream. In the 19th and 20th centuries, science uprooted religion from many fields of knowledge and scientists started to speak out bluntly about evils of religion. In the 19th century Karl Marx said 'Religion works as an opium for the masses'. In the 20th century Anthropology declared that Religion is bad science. This was a clear indication that religion was going out of power and people of science were declaring that "God is dead".

But thanks to humanity's irrational way of thinking, the old dead god is still very much active in our political, social and private lives.
Religion fought back and started to readjust its position to be alongside science. Religion started claiming that it was not against science and is fully compatible with scientific knowledge.

Religion is trying to keep its domain separate from science in one area, though. Religious scholars claim that science has no business trying to explain the origin of life, asserting that it is the domain of religion to explain how the universe started, how life began and the reason why we are here.

But still, Religion's answer to all confounding scientific questions is "it's God's will," which is their favorite answer.

Science will drop any explanation that has no solid reasoning behind it, but religion strains to explain ALL natural phenomena, while putting very little effort into reasonable explanation. When religion exhausts its answers it simply brings "god" in to explain things. Religious scholars try to give the impression that they are not against science; rather, they use 'reason' to explain.

But as Professor Terence Francis Eagleton said: "Religion indeed relies to a great extent on reason, but reason doesn't go all the way down." (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXV68H4xRDI).

You see, religion can 'chew' it to give you the impression of being reasonable; but it can't 'swallow' it. ;)

Knowledge is really very very important for human being. Its the most precious commodity. Its more precious than gold or dollars... But some times it turn outs to be a Zimbabwe's 100 trillion dollar note. Having huge amount in numbers but worth of few dollars...

Be cautious, some times information delivered to you as knowledge turnout to be a Zimbabwe's 100 trillion dollar note. Pursue knowledge which is really worth learning. The knowledge which reveals the unseen and helps to understand this world and life. Which helps humanity to grow and become masters of the universe instead of slaves of some unseen power. The knowledge which is lifting our life to higher levels is SCIENCE. We need to learn science and motivate students more to engage more deeply into science and scientific thinking.

Religious knowledge is like zambabwe's trillion dollar note, which is just a bunch of prejudices and superstitions of old ages........ If you have been learning all your life and thought of yourself a scholar .... think again....

Defining Religion and Science

Religion is a particular system of faith. Religion is commonly regarded as consisting of a person’s relation to God or to gods or spirits. Worship is probably the most basic element of religion.

Science is Latin word which means "Knowledge". Science is a system of statements based on direct experience and controled by experimental verification. Science is self correcting process.

=> Suppression of uncomfortable ideas are common in religion and politics but not in science.

=> No new proof of God has been offered for centuries.

=> What is faith, its belief in the absent of the evidence.
