What specific thing is the most important?
I feel that Science is most important than morality..... History tells us that morality without scientific knowledge have been ridiculous practice. Muslims have been generous, patience and high on moral grounds to their Muslim fellows but very cruel and malevolent for others at the same time. This is true for all others as well....
Slavery have been practice for thousands of years and no religion prohibited this inhumane practice. There is no punishment in any religion or even its not a illegal practice in any religion. It continued until we started to understand this universe and started to think more scientific bases than on moral grounds. Slavery ended with scientific revolution.
This is science which enabled us to understand true meaning of humanity and all other humane practices
